Technical Assignment 1 is an overview of the existing conditions of The Salamander Resort and Spa. It takes a closer look at project costs, project schedule, building systems, project delivery system, site plan, client information, local conditions, and staffing plan.

Technical Assignment 2 - Posted October 26, 2009

Technical Assignment 2 provides a more in depth analysis of the schedule and costs for The Salamaner Resort and Spa. Also included is a site layout for the finishes phase and a summary of the PACE Roundtable discussion.

Technical Assignment 3 - Posted December 2, 2009

Technical Assignment 3 takes a look at several areas in which I can build upon for my final thesis proposal.  The main areas of focus for this report are constructability challenges, schedule acceleration scenarios, value engineering topics, and critical issue research.
